Coconut Mango Protein Popsicles
Ingredients
-33 oz Zico Natural, Pure Coconut Water
– 1/4 c. Organic, Unsweetened, Shredded Coconut
– 1 1/2 Mangoes
– 4 scoops Gnarly Viscous Vanilla Grass Fed Whey
– 16 Popsicle Molds
In a blender, combine coconut water, shredded coconut, mangoes, and whey. Blend until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for 3 hours.
