What exactly are EAAs, you might ask? Well, they’re the nine amino acids your body can’t produce on its own: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Yeah, those guys. Mix 1 tbsp (10g) of Gnarly EAAs into 12-16 oz of water. For best results, take before or during intense training, then follow up with a complete protein from whole foods or your favorite Gnarly protein.
