I put a lot of stress on my body with Jiu Jitsu. I train 2-3 times per day, and strength train 2-3 times per week on top of it. Golden Milk's 400mg of turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper extract is great for inflammation. Let's just say my body needs it with all that lifting and training, it's working over time, all the time. Plus this sh*t tastes amazing with only water right at the gym! It's honestly the most delicious thing I've put in my shaker bottle. - Elisabeth Clay

One of the best protein powders Ive ever had

This recipe is incredible. Mixes well, satiating, tastes great, and after I took it regularly I felt like I was getting good nutrition and recovery based on my energy levels.

By far the BEST tasting protein…

I’m hooked on this stuff. It tastes great and mixes super well. Twenty grams of clean protein. What else do you want? I mix mine with 12 oz’s of unsweetened almond milk and 4 or 5 chunks of frozen banana. Delicious! Do yourself a favor and get some. Game changer. 🤟🏼

Best recovery formula

This is my go to for post-workout fueling. It mixes well, has a rich taste and packs a 1:1 carb to protein ratio. I'd love to see this offered in a non-vegan option with whey!

So versatile!

The Golden Milk vegan protein shake tastes delicious. It blends well, so there's incredible flavor without any grit. I also add it to eggs, soups, and sauces for an added boost of protein and nutrients.
